These locations also served as drop off centers for weekly point sheets. Weekly points may also be submitted to Project Fit City via the internet by registering online.

Free final fitness evaluations were performed at the Project Fit City Wrap Up Event on Saturday, October 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Illinois Department of Transportation Building. Those participants who were unable to attend the wrap up event were encouraged to call 787-8348 ext. 235 for more information about scheduling their final fitness evaluation.  The deadline for final fitness evaluations was Tuesday,  November 7th.

Prize Drawings:

All winners were drawn randomly from the eligible pool.  Winners were notified by telephone/email.

In order to qualify for weekly prize drawings, contestants who completed an initial fitness evaluation needed to submit point totals of 100 points or more by the Tuesday following each week.

Participants who submitted a minimum of 100 points per week for at least 10 weeks of the program, completed both initial and final fitness evaluations and showed measurable improvement in at least one of the fitness assessment categories were eligible for the grand prize drawing.  The grand prize drawing was held on Tuesday, November 14th at noon in the FitClub/Athleticare Conference Room, 3631 S. 6th Street.

1st prize - $1000 Health Certificate from Springfield Clinic

2nd prize - $499 Personal Training Package from FitClub

3rd prize - Healthy Lifestyle Evaluation Package from Memorial's SportsCare ($200 value)

4th prize - Two tickets to the December 3rd St. Louis Rams game ($150 value)

5th prize - 3 Personal Training Sessions from Better Body Personal Fitness Center ($120 value)

6th prize - Two Spa Pedicures from BJ Grand Salon & Spa ($100 value)
